My daughter has been supported, nurtured, loved and challenged by Nikki Baldwin for four years. First as a student, then as a young adult launching into the world, and now as a client of Community Collective. There is no one like Nikki Baldwin. While always maintaining healthy boundaries and professionalism, Nikki sees Charlotte and her cohort as co-equals to her. She does not coddle. She does not other. She welcomes young adults
into the world of adulthood with open arms and curates supports in a fluid, instinctual and deeply resourced way. She is warm, fun and steady. And perhaps most significantly, she handles us parents with grace and wisdom, always reminding us that the whole point of supports is to
strengthen Charlotte’s independence, not keep her locked at present levels. Her deep respect for Charlotte and her peers is evident – somehow, she balances community building with individual
supports in a way that looks effortless, but I know is anything but.
Community Collective is a place of relationship, support and unbounded joy. Our daughter is thriving under Nikki’s guidance and deep care. We would recommend Community Collective highly! - Amy Brenneman

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A true gift to our family and to so many young adults.
Nikki Baldwin the owner of Community Collective has been a life-changing support for my son as he began his independent living journey in Hyannis. She
has been his biggest champion from day one, organizing, guiding, encouraging, and truly seeing him for who he is and what he can achieve.
She knew him back when she worked at his school, and since creating Community Collective she has taken that same dedication and built something extraordinary. Her work goes far beyond checklists and daily tasks, she helps these amazing young adults build a real foundation for independent, joyful, meaningful lives. She shows up with patience, structure, and heart, and she has played an essential role in helping my son succeed in this huge new chapter.
We are incredibly grateful for her commitment, her consistency, and her belief in what’s possible for every young adult she supports. Hyannis is lucky to have Community Collective, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. - Linda Ledoux
Life brings a lot of challenges while being a parent of a special needs child. When the time comes that your child becomes an adult, even greater challenges and sleepless nights occur.
In September of 2024 my son Colin moved into a privately owned home in Barnstable with a few of his friends from Riverview. While being two hours away from home I needed to clone myself …but how do I do that ??
That’s where I found the perfect fit to be part of Colin’s new life at the cape. Nikki has been Colin’s support person in so many ways. Colin lights up knowing his weekly sessions with her helping him navigate his community and daily living skills in meal preparation and shopping. Nikki has immersed herself in Colin’s eagerness to eat healthy and incorporate Exercise in his weekly calendar.
I adore the fact that I can call Nikki on any concern I might have and she will put my mind at ease as she has everything under control.
I am forever grateful to have her in our life and couldn’t have made a better choice. - Maura McCarthy
We don’t know what we would do without Nikki. Her support has been instrumental in launching our adult son’s independent life. She is professional, dedicated, and has an enormous amount of compassion. Her availability to support and be there for our son has given us the peace of mind and comfort we needed to begin the journey of independent life. We will be forever grateful for Nikki Baldwin. - Anonymous Client
Our son, Van, has been working with Nikki since his time at Riverview. Post graduation, Van has lived in the same apartment building as Nikki for the last 3 years. Over that time span, Nikki has proven to be everything from friend, teacher, mentor, advisor and trusted confidant to Van. Her calm and caring presence on a daily basis has been a both part of Van's growth.
