My mission as a Disability Inclusion Consultant is to dismantle barriers and foster an inclusive environment for neurodiverse young adults in our Hyannis community. Drawing on my expertise in inclusive education and adult disability services, I advocate for and support marginalized communities, ensuring access and equity are at the forefront of their post-educational framework. My role encompasses strategic planning and implementation of data driven practices that drive meaningful change and foster independent living.

With over almost two decades of experience serving individuals with complex learning and language disabilities and my vocational training work at Project SEARCH, I have honed interpersonal communication skills crucial for educating young neurodivergent adults. My approach involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the transition from Special Education to Adult Services is a smooth and positive experience.

 I offer businesses professional development trainings for working with and hiring neurodiverse staff. I am available to support in the onboarding process and creating task flows and visual aids to maximize employees potential. In addition to my consulting work, I am available for speaking engagements on neurodiversity in the workforce and/or the social integration and associated barriers of neurodiverse individuals as they navigate their community upon departure of children's services.
